LOEX 2023 will be held in Harrisburg, PA, at the Hilton Harrisburg, located downtown. LOEX has a room block reserved at $152/night.

- April 22, 2023 Update: LOEX's block of hotel rooms has sold out. If you still need to reserve a room and one is available at the Hilton, the default is it will be at whatever is their current regular rate.


As far as alternatives, the only option within walking distance recommended by the Hilton staff is the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg ; the closest within Uber/Lyft distance is the Staybridge Suites Harrisburg Hershey. LOEX does not have any official relationship with these hotels (e.g., there is no LOEX room block or rate) and any selection & reservation at these hotels, or any others, is completely at your discretion.

Attendees flying in for the conference should arrive at the Harrisburg International Airport airport, located in Middletown, about 10 miles east of Harrisburg. Rideshare options, such as Uber of Lyft, are available; there is also public transportation via a Capital Area Transit bus that runs from the airport to the hotel. If you are driving, self-parking* ($10/night) and valet parking ($26/night) is available.


*May 8, 2023 Update - More Details from the Hotel on How Parking Works: 
- Overnight guests will receive a parking ticket for unlimited in/out privileges at the Walnut Street Parking Garage through the extent of their stay.

- Non-overnight guests self-parkers can get parking validated at Hilton's gift shop of front desk for $5 (Walnut Street Garage only). This will cover a maximum of 10 hours in the garage. No exits and re-entries permitted. The 10 hours starts as soon as you pull your ticket from the garage kiosk. After the 10 hours, there are two options:

  • Leave the garage and re-enter to get a new ticket for a total of $10 (two $5 validations) for the da

Note: in order to receive the discounted 10-hour rate of $5, you must have your ticket validated at the Hilton, you use a parking garage kiosk to pay, you will NOT receive the discounted rate.
