Conference Hotel

LOEX 2025 will be held in Pasadena, CA.
- On Thursday, the conference activities will either take place at the hotel or the convention center (TBD -- will be determined by registration opens in 2025).
- On Friday and Saturday, all the conference activities (i.e., plenary, breakout sessions, lightning talks, poster sessions, and meals) will take place down the street at the Pasadena Convention Center.

Attendees flying in for the conference should first look to see if they can find a flight at the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), which is 15 miles away. It has direct flights from most of the Pacific and Mountain time zones, along with Texas and New Orleans. Rideshare options, such as Uber of Lyft, are available; public transportation is available, though it will likely take a bit over 1 hour.

Another airport option includes the massive Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is 30 miles away. Again, rideshare options are available, as well as public transportation (this requires taking the Flyaway shuttle to Union Station, then Metro A light rail line to the Memorial Park stop; from there it is a 10-min walk to the hotel). 

If you are driving, on-site self-parking & valet is available for a fee.
