Submit a Proposal
Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the LOEX 2026 Conference.
How do we teach, lead, and collaborate in an ever-changing sea of information? Explore this question and more at LOEX 2026 in Norfolk, VA—where rivers meet the Chesapeake Bay and a thriving waterfront culture reflects centuries of maritime tradition. Known as the “City of Mermaids,” Norfolk offers a fittingly whimsical and symbolic setting for Oceans of Knowledge: Diving into Information Literacy, inviting teaching librarians to plunge into the depths of pedagogy, innovation, leadership, and collaboration. We welcome you to join a vibrant community of educators navigating new currents in information literacy instruction.
LOEX is committed to creating the most inclusive community that we possibly can, and seeks participants and presenters from all types of institutions, positions, backgrounds, and experiences.
