- Breakout Session proposal submitters will be notified by email by January 12, 2015.
- Lightning Talk proposal submitters will be notified by email by January 30, 2015.
- Poster session proposal submitters will be notified by email by February 11, 2015
.

I am a presenter; do I have to register?

Yes. Although spots for up to three presenters per group will be automatically saved for the conference, each individual presenter needs to fill in a short online registration form (sent via email to the presentation's primary contact on January 19th). Completion of the online form gives us your preferences regarding the Thursday reception, dietary selections, and any special needs. All presenters are required to pay registration in full by March 30, 2015. Failure to pay the registration fee could result in the cancellation of your presentation and conference registration. All presenters are responsible for paying their own travel and lodging expenses.

When I am at the conference, how do I check-in as a presenter?

You check in at the registration and information table (there is only one). There will be someone fron the LOEX committee there to briefly review your session info (e.g., room assignment & layout).

Whom should I contact regarding proposal or presenter questions?

Lyda Ellis at sessions2015@loexconference.org

What are the Proceedings Guidelines?

The proceedings guidelines for 2015 can be found here.

What computer equipment will be available for presenters?

Presenters are required to bring their own laptop computer. Mac or iPad users should bring their own VGA adapter so that the laptop can connect to the LCD projector. LCD projectors will be available in all breakout rooms.
**
Mid-April Update** Internet will be available, for presenters, in all breakout rooms. It will be wireless (per hotel's recommendation) and should readily-enable typical presentation usage (e.g., showing a YouTube video). If there are unexpected issues connecting, there will be a back-up wired option.

You can find more information about technology, materials prep and room setup here, and about best practices for presenting your breakout session here.
