This year's LOEX conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel.
LOEX set aside at the Sheraton as large a block of room as possible at the rate of $152. However, as of March 5th, there are no more rooms available in the Sheraton Nashville block*. Thus, we secured an additional block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt. However, as of April 3, 2013, that entire hotel is full.
PARKING:
- Sheraton overnight guests, LOEX has negotiated a discount rate for self parking of $19 per day* (or $21 per day* for valet) at the hotel's parking garage.

- Driving in for the day (e.g., 'commuting' from a house), LOEX has negotiated a discount rate for self parking of $14 per day** at the hotel's parking garage.

- The Sheraton accepts tax-exempt forms from State, Fed and non-profit groups; show your institution's form to remove state taxes from your room bill (per reservations).

- To get to the Sheraton, the Holiday Inn has a complimentary shuttle available to all their guests or there is ready access to multiple Nashville MTA bus lines (primarly the 3 and the 5) which essentially go point-to-point every 10-15 minutes for the ~15 minute trip. LOEX does not coordinate these options.

Nashville MTA Music City Circuit bus - Free downtown service daily. Conference hotel is closest to the blue circuit, which operates 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
