Registration Includes:
Opening Reception (Thursday, May 5); Breakfast, snacks, and lunch (Friday,
May 6 & Saturday, May 7) and all conference
materials, breakout sessions, and keynote speakers.

Registration Payment
Conference registration payment is due March 21, 2011.
Payment can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
- Mail or fax (734-487-1289) the LOEX 2011 Payment Form; use this form for regular presenters/attendees; use this form for poster presenters & for student attendees.
- To pay with a credit card by phone, call 734-487-0020 x2200.
- There is no online payment option.
- You will not be sent a formal invoice; once you are registered, just please pay using the form.
Once your payment is received, we will e-mail you a receipt and mark you as paid on our list of registrants. Please allow at least 7 working days for your payment to be processed.
Registration cancellations requesting a refund must be made in writing and postmarked, emailed or faxed by Monday April 4, 2011.
