- Per the Omni's reservations agent, the hotel accepts tax-exempt forms from State, Federal and non-profit groups.
The Omni will need to see your institution's tax exempt form to remove taxes from your room bill.
As a result of the Omni block being full, LOEX has secured a small block of additional rooms at another hotel, the Hilton Fort Worth for $149. It is 1/4 mile from the Omni. To make a reservation, call 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) and use the group code "LOX". This rate will be available at least until April 18, 2011, and perhaps longer, depending upon how quickly the room block is filled.

1) BY AIR
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is 24.3 miles from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel (map).
- For information on options for traveling between the hotel and the airport (e.g., by taxi [about $43 one way], the GO Yellow Checker Shuttle [$15 one way], or the Trinity Railway Express [$2.50 one way]), please consult the airport's ground transportation page.
