Conference Hotel

LOEX 2024 will be held in Naperville, IL (about 30 miles west of Chicago), at the Chicago Marriott Naperville. 


April 16, 2024 Hotel Update:

- There are no longer any rooms available in the LOEX block, either at the conference hotel or at the overflow location. There still are likely rooms available at both locations (particularly the overflow hotel), but they are at whatever market rate the hotel decides to offer.

To reserve a room at the LOEX rate (of $169/night at the conference hotel), use the ***dedicated web link*** or call 1-800-228-9290 (be sure to ask for the LOEX block). As of March 29, this block is full, but there occasionally will be cancellations, so feel free to check to make sure something didn't open up. [link removed as we are now past date]

- We have an overflow block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Naperville, 0.5 miles away.

March 29, 2024 Hotel Update:
- After four separate expansions, our hotel room block is currently sold out. That said, it always good to check, as occasionally someone might cancel. However, there are still likely dozens of folks who would like rooms. LOEX is working with a local hotel across the street to get an overflow block of 30 rooms. The contract has been signed by LOEX and sales and we are awaiting the Event Manager updating the system & providing us a reservation link; we expect to be able to post that early next week.

Attendees flying in for the conference can arrive via either O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport--each is about 30 miles from Naperville. Rideshare options, such as Uber of Lyft, are available; public transportation is not a reasonable option. If you are driving, self-parking is free.
