FAQ for Virtual Sessions

I'm attending the conference in Dearborn and won't know if I want to attend one these sessions until after the conference. I know you said it is unlikely, but what happens if all the spots are filled in the week after registration opens on April 26th?

In the very unlikely event there is a rush of registrants, LOEX will hold back a number of spots until after the Albuquerque conference. We will then open these spots for registration (for all possible registrants, not just attendees) on May 6th.
Can I register by phone?
No. Registration is through the online form that will become available on April 26, 2010, at 1:00PM EST.
I have a number of people from my LOEX institution who would like to view a session (not sure how many people, but it will be more than one). How much does the session cost? And how will we log-in??
Depending on whether you attended the LOEX conference or not, the fee for each session is either $35 or $70. If your institution sent two or more people to Dearborn, the fee is $35; otherwise, the higher rate applies. For the actual virtual session, the one person who gave their email address when he/she registered will be given a log-in, which will allow the entire group to view the session on one computer (e.g., in a conference room on a projection screen).
I'm a LOEX member, but I'm not available during the time of the session I want to attend. Will the session be recorded and be made available for later viewing?
Yes, the recorded sessions will be made available online to LOEX members in fall of 2010
