Registration and Payment

***If you already registered for the (now-cancelled) in-person conference in February or March,

you are registered for the online conference. Please just make sure you pay by April 27.***

   If you have already paid and would like a full refund because you do not plan on attending the online conference, please email contact@loex.org and one will be issued; if you would like to apply your funds (e.g., a $300 payment) to the online conference, also email contact@loex.org and a partial refund will be issued and the remainder will be applied to the online conference.

This filled up quite quickly, and it is amazing and humbling to see the support for LOEX and the breakout sessions that will be presented by the LOEX 2020 presenters. Thank you.

Due to the short time line until the conference, we will not be opening additional spots and there will not be a wait list.


Registration Rates (for LOEX 2020 Online)

  • $150 - LOEX Members and/or Presenters
  • $175 - Nonmembers
  • Free - Grad Students who were presenting a (now cancelled) poster session

  - There is no single-session rate or a singe-day rate.  

Registration Includes: Access to all live sessions; Recordings of all sessions.


Registration Payment

***This is NOT where you register: that already occurred 1) in Jan (for presenters) or Feb (for attendees) or 2) during the re-opening on April 22.

Payment is *separate* from registration. Payment is due April27, 2020. 


Payment can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard. You will not be sent a formal invoice; once you are a confirmed registrant, just please pay using one of the below forms:

  • To pay by mail or by fax, use this form (pdf)
  • To pay with a credit card by phone, call 734-340-2653.
  • To pay with a credit card online, use this online form. (this is for payment, not registration)

Once your payment is received, we will e-mail you a receipt and mark you as paid on our list of registrants. Please allow at least 7 working days for your phoned or faxed payment to be processed. Registration cancellations requesting a refund must be made in writing and emailed by Thursday, April 30, 2020.
