Epic Brewery Tour (Pre-Conference - Optional)
Conference attendees are invited to join us for an afternoon tour and beer tasting event at the Epic Brewing Company, located in the River North (RiNo) neighborhood adjacent to lower downtown (LoDo) Denver. A chartered bus will leave the conference hotel at two different times (12:30pm and 2pm) for the approximately 30 minute journey to the brewery.
At the brewery, attendees can participate in a guided tour as well as a beer tasting that includes a complimentary flight of Epic's best beers on tap. Total time dedicated for the tour and tasting is one hour. Additional beverages may be purchased at your expense; there is no food onsite. After the tour and tasting have concluded attendees can return to the conference hotel via chartered bus. Alternatively, you may wish to explore the RiNo and LoDo neighborhoods independently, with the option to return to the conference hotel via public transportation*.

Thanks to everyone who filled out the online interest form. Anyone who did, whether for 12:30pm or 2:00pm, will have a spot on the bus (if you are able to attend; we know a number of you were not 100% in your certainity of attendance). If you signed up and it turns out you are not able to attend, there is no need to contact us.

For those who did not fill out an interest form, and still would like to attend, please just show up at least 10-15 minutes beforehand and if there is room (each departure is limited to 40 persons), we are happy to have you. For 12:30pm, there will definitely be room; for 2:00pm, it is very likely.

*Please note that both the conference hotel and Epic Brewing Company are located near, but not immediately adjacent to light rail public transportation (Light Rail Line E from Union Station to Belleview Station). Those attendees choosing not to take the chartered bus should be prepared to walk to and from light rail stations or arrange alternate transport as needed. The walk from Epic Brewing Company to Union Station is approximately 1.5 miles. However, there are numerous restaurants, drinking establishments, arts venues, and notable landmarks in between. As with any unfamiliar urban setting, exploring with a buddy is encouraged. Your event hosts are happy to make recommendations and offer assistance should you choose to explore the city.
